Talk about a transformation. Once a family home turned into a multi-living Residence. The property consists of a home converted into 3 separate apartments. Regency Park is conveniently a minute from Watty Vos Boulevard and minutes from Oranjestad. Across the street is a Supermarket (BO WA Supermarket). That is definitely a convenience. Some accordance to the Residence is that NO animals are allowed (except a fish tank) and Adults Only. To round it off this unique Residence is one of its kind in this area.
